Each person has a group of guides on the other side that watch over him or her. Your guide group helps you stay on your chosen path, the one you mapped out before birth. This group is made up of friends and relatives from this lifetime who have crossed over into spirit. You may feel the presence of a loved one in a room even though that person crossed over many years ago. This loved one is part of your guide group. Your group will also include spirit guides who have never had Earth lives. These guides you know as your guardian angels. Guardian angels watch over you and assist you when you ask for help.
