When we wish to contact you, we signal you through several means. You may hear a song pop into your head with lines repeated holding a message from us. A favorite pet may try to get your attention with unusual behavior. A friend may call on the phone and confirm what you are thinking. As we move into the Shift further, the synchronicities in everyday life increase daily. You have only to stop, listen, and allow your guidance from us to unfold.

Your guide group works with you daily to help you achieve what you came into this lifetime to do. You are never alone. You have a valuable contribution to make during your lifetime. We support you and see to it that you stay on the course you set for your life before you were born. It is important that you ask for our help daily through your intentions. We are able to help you with your requests if it is in your highest good.

Each person has a group of guides on the other side that watch over him or her. Your guide group helps you stay on your chosen path, the one you mapped out before birth. This group is made up of friends and relatives from this lifetime who have crossed over into spirit. You may feel the presence of a loved one in a room even though that person crossed over many years ago. This loved one is part of your guide group. Your group will also include spirit guides who have never had Earth lives. These guides you know as your guardian angels. Guardian angels watch over you and assist you when you ask for help.
